Instructor DeVonté Taylor began his musical journey at seven and turned that passion into a mission to make the arts accessible to all.

In 2023, he launched Keys to Success, growing one senior piano class into a statewide program. In 2026, he officially founded The Elder Academy — bringing everything together under one roof.

Today, the program features 12 classes spanning piano, choir, drama, and guitar.

His eight years leading after-school programs at Skilled Musicians and founding APT-KEYS reflect his deep commitment to community arts education.
